“2nd Regional Congress of Economy” (University of Sonora)
Ana Barreira participated as speaker in the 2nd Regional Congress of Economy of the University of Sonora  (Mexico), March 9th -11th, 2006, in San Carlos (Sonora, Mexico). Her intervention focused on the analysis of the latest developments of  sustainable tourism policy at the international and community levels. International Forum ”Water Experiences”, Mexico DF

Previous to the celebration of the  4th World Water Forum, the Government of the Federal District (Mexico)  convened this Forum as a reflection and discussion space on March 14 – 16, 2006. Ana Barreira participated in this meeting with the conference titled “La normativa de la UE en materia de recursos hídricos” ( “The EU Law on water resources”)focused in sharing the European Union experience, emphasizing on the  EU Water Framework Directive.
